
Raj Koneru,
Founder & CEO
Raj Koneru is an experienced entrepreneur with a record of success, an eye for market needs, and an ability to bring teams together, from technical developers to sales. He has over 18 years of experience delivering to global enterprise business requirements. He co-founded Intelligroup (NASDAQ: ITIG) which grew to a $200m company over five years under his leadership. He also built Seranova (NASDAQ: SERA) which he grew to about $100m in revenues within 2.5 years and was sold in 2001. Raj co-founded a BPO company, iTouchPoint, which was sold in 2005. Raj has a masters in management from BITS, Pilani, India.
Ajay Kumar,
Chief Operations Officer – India
Ajay Kumar is responsible for Kony Solutions' vertical product offerings and the offshore center operations
management. Ajay has over 20 years of experience in product engineering, offshore development and services
delivery. Prior to Kony Solutions, Ajay was GM at Aztecsoft responsible for delivering outsourced product
development & testing services. Earlier he has held senior positions with Sierra Atlantic and Intelligroup,
as well as leadership roles in startups developing enterprise software solutions.
Ajay received his Bachelor's degree from BITS, Pilani.
Jim Lambert,
Vice President – Marketing
Jim Lambert provides the leadership and management of Kony Solutions' marketing organization as it executes
its fast-charging arrival to an exciting mobile marketplace. He brings more than 20 years experience marketing
technology-based companies in business commerce, mobile, CRM and telecommunications. Most recently he led marketing
at Dexterra, which was acquired by Antenna Software, and prior to that he was at Rearden Commerce where he was
instrumental in its successful launch in 2005 and subsequent market growth. In addition to a strong tenure in
multi-national corporations such as Nortel, Siebel and Peoplesoft, Jim has held executive marketing positions
in four start-ups, including Octane Software where he directed all marketing from its global launch to its
record-breaking $3.2B sale to E.piphany.
David Schreffler,
Sr. Vice President – Sales
David Schreffler is responsible for building and leading Kony Solutions' worldwide sales team. With more
than 18 years of sales experience, David has a unique combination of enterprise, channel, and
on-demand/SaaS success. In addition to international operational experience, David has extensive
experience in general management and field operations, in both large and start-up organizations. Prior to
joining Kony Solutions, David was the EVP of Worldwide Sales at Dexterra where his leadership helped
triple company revenue. David has also held sales leadership positions at Siebel, Genesys, Kanisa and
Spoke Software.
David has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas.
John Stewart,
Vice President – Product Direction & Delivery
John Stewart spearheads Kony Solutions' initiative to design and deliver a mobile application product.
He brings more than 18 years of relevant experience, including extensive global team direction. Prior to
joining Kony Software, John was one of the founders and vice president of professional services, training
and pre-sales at Dexterra, a leading mobile B2E platform provider. Prior to Dexterra, John helped found
and grow Octane Software's multichannel CRM business to a global, profitable business by defining and
implementing their support, technical sales, and delivery processes. Octane Software was acquired by
E.piphany in 2000. He also has experience in pre-sales leadership and international training at Scopus
Technology (later acquired by Siebel Systems) and Convex Computer Corporation (acquired by Hewlett
Packard).
John received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Stephen F. Austin University, with a minor in statistics.
